Introduction

Digital multimeters and power supplies are important equipment items that we will use frequently during this course to investigate the basic properties and concepts of electromagnetism.

In this laboratory, you will learn:

The principles of measuring voltage, current and resistance.
How to configure your power supply.
How to configure your multimeter.
How to build and analyze a simple electric circuit.

Agilent 34401A Multimeter, HP E3631A triple output power supply, resisters, circuit board, assorted wires and probes.
